8th Call for Users
Researchers and scientists worldwide are invited to submit proposals for a wide range of experiments, leveraging ELI's state-of-the-art equipment. The deadline for submissions is 22 April, 2026.
The Extreme Light Infrastructure is an international user facility dedicated to multi-disciplinary science and research applications of ultra-intense and ultra-short laser pulses. ELI provides access to world-class high-power, high-repetition-rate laser systems and a wide range of complementary instruments for cutting- edge research in physical, chemical, materials, and medical sciences, as well as breakthrough technological innovations.
User Portal is a platform for researchers and scientists to get detailed information about ELI's lasers, instruments and facilities available through User calls. The platform also provides instructions about the application process, beamtime allocation, types of access, and the necessary steps to follow.
